· Prepare the offer to purchase and present it to the vendor and the vendor’s agent,
· Negotiate on your behalf and under your legal instructions to achieve acceptance of the offer,
· Ensure proper holding of the deposit,
· Ensure deadlines are met for removal of subject clauses,
· Work with the vendor, vendors sales representative and lawyer, you and your lawyer to ensure the completion, adjustment and occupancy dates work and go smoothly,
· Answer all questions and communicate frequently and completely with you to ensure you are well informed throughout the process
